How secure is the system?
System is written on PHP and is using MySQL as a database.
While access to the server and MySQL database is stored in secure place the system is secure.

Original clips as usual are not normally stored on the same server and links to them are dynamically built; so it is unlikely that someone will be able to access or download original clips.

Are personal details on the system encrypted?
How are personal, company, customer details kept secure?
Personal details are not encrypted as the administrator needs to see them. However, personal details used for credit card or paypal payments are encrypted and sent directly to the payment gateway. Encrypting the details between the system and the payment gateway is guaranteed by the use of SSL certificates. Purchase of the SSL certificate is not included in our charges

How are credit card details kept secure?
We do not store credit card details of the clients within the system. For payment gateways we use Protx and Paypal etc which store payment details within their systems.

Does the server offer a secure connection https://?
Yes, we support SSL.
