Footage library sales and accounting
Footage library sales and accounting can be complex - but our integrated financial management system makes it really simple to manage.

There are two methods for a user to buy - a credit card or a company account.
Credit card sales.
A user buying with a credit card simple selects the clip, adds it to the cart and buys.
Once the card and purchase is validated they receive an email with the download link. In the case of a dvd or tape purchase the full details and delivery address are recorded and an email or sms notifies you of the sale. One click prints a hard copy invoice and delivery note.
The purchase details are recorded (for security card details are not retained) and saved in the admin system.
You can send the purchaser a monthly statement automatically via email. Even if they haven't made a further purchase you can send the statement anyway - because it's a sales message too, keeping your brand top of mind with the customer.
Corporate account sales.
When a user signs up for a corporate account you set a credit limit and issue a password.
Credit control.
The account user makes a purchase in the normal way - but they cannot exceed the credit limit set.
Invoicing.
Invoicing is emailed with each purchase and there is a hard copy print option.
Statements.
You can add payments to a customer account. By doing this, month end consolidation and statements are compiled automatically and can be printed or emailed with one click.
Reports.
You can view all purchase records and identify largest sales volume within a date range by customer, clip, category etc.
One click output to a csv file for import into a standard accounting package is available - full integration can be arranged
